Continuing Project Grants

These grants are for grantees wishing to continue, refine or expand projects that have received FEF Project Grant funding in the past. Continuing Project Grants are only for projects that received Project grants in the past. Those wishing to continue a Mini Grant will need to complete a New Project Grant Application.

Deadline for submission is April 19, 2024.

Applying for Grants for Continuing Projects

Please read through the following prior to beginning the application as there have been a few major changes since last year.

  • The deadline for submitting all Project Grant applications is now April 19, 2024, not April 1.

  • Continuing Project Grants are only for grants that were awarded through the Project Grant process, not for Teacher Opportunity Mini-Grants.  If you have received a mini-grant and want to now expand it to a Project Grant, you will need to complete an application for a New Project Grant.

  • Applicants who have been awarded Continuing Project Grants for the past three consecutive years will need to submit a New Project Application, even if you hope to continue the project for a fourth year.

  • For 2024-25, an applicant may only submit a total of two applications.  This includes any combination of new or continuing project applications.

  • Continuing Grants for 2024-25 will only be funded for activities that will be experienced in the 2024-25 academic year, e.g., field trips, professional development, guest speakers, etc. Continuing Grants for ongoing supplies, e.g., books, equipment, furniture, will not be funded for the coming year.

  • All assessments for grants funded in 2023-24 must be received by June 1, 2024.  Grants approved for 2024-25 will be rescinded if assessments are not received by this date. Link to the assessment report: Assessment Form

Working on the Application

  • There are two items you need to complete when you begin working on your application: your name and your email. You will not be able to return to your form or to submit the form without having filled in these fields.

  • If you want to begin working on the application and return to it later, it is very easy. Simply click on the "save" button on the bottom of the page you are on. Your application will be saved and you will be given a link for how to return to it.

  • Save the edit link so that you can return to your form to continue entering information.

  • Follow this process as many times as you need prior to submitting the final application.

  • Once you have completed your application, you will press 'submit." You will then see a screen confirming that we have received your form.

  • You will also receive an email from FEFgrants@gmail.com with the same links. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder as it is likely to be there.

  • Once you have submitted the final application, you will want to download the PDF from the response screen as it is a good way to save your final application and to forward it those who are providing letters of support.

  • You can print your application by clicking on the print form button on the last page of the application at any time in the process.

Budget Form

  • Download the 2024-25 Proposed Budget Form.

  • Read carefully the directions on the budget form.

  • Save the form to your computer with the name of your grant, e.g., Teaticketmathclub.doc.

  • Complete the form and then upload the completed form to page 5 of the application.

Approvals Needed

  • All proposals need the support of your Principal or Department Chair.

  • Please email the PDF of your grant application and a copy of your Budget form to your Principal or Department Chair, and to Dr. Sonia Tellier, Asst. Superintendent, stellier@falmouth.k12.ma.us, when it includes a request for technology.

  • Request that they email FEF at FEFgrants@gmail.com with their letter of support by April 1.
